On 15^th November, Yinfeng Bioscience Public Welfare Foundation of Shandong province held inaugural meeting in Yinfeng Biological Group. Wang Wei ,Shandong Provincial Civil Affairs Department’s foundation registration office head, Liu Xu ,Vice president of Shandong Yinfeng Group, Li Dezhu ,Vice president of Yinfeng Biological Group and other related personnel (more than ten people) attended the meeting. It announced that Yinfeng Bioscience Public Welfare Foundation of Shandong province was officially established and also held its unveiling ceremony.

In the beginning of the meeting, Wang Wei, head of Shangdong of Registration read out the approval of establishing Yinfeng Bioscience Public Welfare Foundation of Shandong province, announcing that it is officially established. Then, by the method of single-candidate election and secret ballot, it elected eleven governing members of Shandong Yinfeng Bioscience Public Welfare Foundation including Li Dezhu, vice president of Yingfeng Biological Group. Later on, chairman of board of directors, vice chairman, secretary general, committee, supervisor and other positions were also elected. Among these, Li Dezhu was elected as chairman of board of directors of Shandong Yinfeng Bioscience Public Welfare Foundation; Peng Xiuling, chairman of the board of Yinfeng Biological Group, Sheng Dewei, vice president of Yinfeng Biological Group and Liu Xu, vice president of Shanding Yinfeng Group were elected as the vice chairman of council; Jia Chunsheng, general manager of Yinfeng Low-temperature Medical Technology co., Ltd was elected as secretary general of council; six members including Tang Li, president’s assistant of Shandong Yinfeng Group were elected as committees; two members including Xi Lihui, director of audit department of Shandong Yinfeng Group co., Ltd were elected as supersaver of council.

In the end of the meeting, Wang Wei, Shandong Provincial Civil Affairs Department’s foundation registration office head, and Liu Xu , vice president of Shandong Yinfeng Group held the unveiling ceremony of the foundation. In the meanwhile, on behalf of Shandong Yinfeng Group, Liu Xu donated thirty thousand RMB to show their support to the foundation.

Shandong Yinfeng Bioscience Public Welfare Foundation was prepared to be set up in April 2016. It experienced four stages: feasibility research, applying for establishment, site investigation, formally established. The set-up of the foundation is of great significance in promoting the development of health industry and safeguarding human health. Based on the foundation, Yinfeng Biological Group would play its part in charity organization and bear more social responsibility, devoting itself to safeguarding people’s health.
